Okongo Wandago and Company is the firm name through which Kennedy Odhiambo Okongo and Amos Ogutu Wandago practices law in Nairobi, Kisumu and Migori Towns. The firm name therefore is a partnership of both lawyers who graduated from University of Nairobi 1993 and were admitted as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in January 1995 and both hold post graduated Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

The firm name has been in operation since 23 June 2010 although prior to the setting up of the law firm, Mr. Kennedy Odhiambo Okong’o was practicing as a sole proprietor in the firm of Okong’o & Company Advocates since April, 1995 and it is this entity that changed its name to the current practice outfit. Amos Ogutu Wandago prior to joining in partnership was practicing under the firm name of Eboso and Wandago Advocates Mr. Kennedy Odhiambo Okong’o and Amos Ogutu Wandago both have a wealth of experience in both civil and criminal litigation, commercial law practice, insurance law practice, conveyance, intellectual property law, international law and industrial property law. They have and continues to handle corporate work and litigation for a number of corporations .
