The Firm has also successfully petitioned for land on behalf of some of its clients with the result that over 750 Title Deeds have so far been issued by the Government to the said clients.

We work in close collaboration with leading law firms in various Counties within Kenya such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret (Uasin Gishu), Kitale (Trans-Nzoia), Kakamega, Bungoma, Narok, Kericho, Kapsabet (Nandi), Kajiado among others.

Our Advocates can, however, be reached on their mobile phones at any time in case of emergencies outside of official working hours.

OUR CHARGES

Our charges are in accordance with the Advocates Remuneration Order as amended from time to time. We are open to discuss the manner in which fees will be calculated and paid (subject to Section 36 of The Advocates Act) and will endeavour to provide estimates upon request.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY [CSR]

We take on pro bono work as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility. In this regard, we handle Pro-bono briefs from Kituo Cha Sheria (Legal Aid Centre) and those assigned to us by the Honourable the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya through the Registrar of the Court of Appeal and also of the High Court.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY COVER

We are trying our level best to minimize error. We always own up when they occur and consequently learn from them and resolve them in the best interests of our Clients whenever they occur. We have taken out Professional Indemnity cover for any financial risk inherent in service delivery. The details can be supplied upon request.
