The Partners of the Firm are Benson Wekesa Millimo and Stephen Mwaniki Muthomi. The firm of Millimo, Muthomi and Co. Advocates as reconstituted has three offices within the Republic of Kenya. The Head Office is situate at 4th Avenue Towers, 10 th Floor, 4 th Ngong Avenue, Upper Hill, Nairobi.
The Branch Offices are situate at Hanton Towers, 2nd Floor, Suite B2, Mama Ngina Drive, Thika town and Mid Africa Hotel Building, Mezzanine floor, Kitale Town respectively. Besides the two partners, the firm also has a team of professionals of five Associate Advocates, two Lawyers, two paralegals, one office administrator, one accountant, three Secretaries, two Receptionists, four Process Servers/Court Clerks and three Messengers with versatile knowledge and experience in the legal profession and practice that enables it deliver legal services to clients expeditiously and professionally.
The firm also occasionally hires services of other qualified personnel or consultants for specific tasks on a case to case basis as and when need arises.
