Maingi Musyimi & Associates Advocates (“the firm”) is a medium-sized Kenyan law firm which was founded by the current Managing Partner, Maingi Musyimi in 2011. The firm has two offices mainly, the Main Branch located in Nairobi County and in Machakos County. The firm is a highly respected law firm distinguished by the excellence of our work. We deliver outstanding legal services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Over the years, the firm has delivered exemplary legal services to our clients in issues ranging from Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Family Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights and Public Interest Litigation, Employment and Labour related issues, Insurance Claims and Product Liability.

 

The firm is progressively establishing itself by drawing sizeable clientele that includes individuals and the corporate sector.This has enabled the firm establish a formidable base in legal practice in Kenya. Owing to the variety and diverse interests of our clients, the firm therefore offers a wide range of professional and legal services to our clients.

The Firm comprises of a team of dedicated Advocates and staff who are all professionals and specialists in their various practice groups. Our Advocates are active members of the Law Society of Kenya and have no pending Disciplinary cases against them. The firm also offers two 12-month pupilage positions every year where pupils who join the firm receive instructions in legal practice.
