Lisa Boogaard (LLB UNISA & AIPSA DIP UJ) commenced & completed her four year LLB whilst simultaneously registering & attending to articles and was admitted to practice as an attorney in 2009 with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. Valuable experience was gained by Lisa at one of Johannesburg’s highly respected commercial firms from 2004 to 2011 where areas of focus included commercial and forensic litigation, as well as banking law. Lisa has established and maintained a network of experienced and respected counsel in the Commercial areas of law which support the practice. Lisa has continued her practise as an attorney, by introducing Boogaard Attorneys in 2012 enjoying the growth, continued learning and focus in the following dynamic and challenging areas of law, namely Company, Contract, Information Technology, Data Protection and Privacy Laws.
