We are located at Delta Riverside, Riverside Drive, Nairobi Kenya. Block 3 fourth Floor to be precise. We are a highly spe- cialized boutique law firm that offers personalized services for our clients. Our dedicated team specializes in various areas of commercial practice, company Law, family and succession law, intellectual property law and general legal practice.
We handle litigation involving mostly commercial, company law and real estate related disputes. We also specialize in arbitration and mediation.
We advise clients across a broad spectrum including joint ventures, real estate development, banking, company mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, manufacturing, individual, family and charitable trusts, trademarks and patents amongst other areas requiring legal advice.
The firm partners with law firms in other jurisdictions including India, Dubai, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Switzerland, USA and East Africa. We also represent International clients with business presence in Kenya.
Our Roots
The history of the firm dates back to 1964 when our founding partner's uncle Nanalal P. Sheth started his practice in Kenya which practice the founding partner took over after starting his practice in 1986.
