Ojienda & Company Advocates handles matters in areas of Commercial Litigation, Company Law, Intellectual Property, Banking and Conveyancing. Our core Clientele are drawn from, but not limited to: Banking, Property, Manufacturing, Retailing and Insurance. The firm also handles matters involving Wills, Debt Collection, Probate and Administration including Estate Planning. Our clientele includes Banks and Insurance Companies, Parastatal Organizations, Societies, Regulatory Authorities, Business Entities and Private Individuals in Kenya and abroad. Ojienda & Company Advocates was established in 2005 and currently has four Advocates backed by a capable team of paralegal and support staff. The firm has a strong IT base including full access to the internet and a well stocked research library.
