About Me
Gideon is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Aberdeen. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
His areas of practice are; Projects and infrastructure, Energy, Oil & gas law, Public-private partnerships transactions, Banking & Financial services law, Intellectual property, Commercial and Criminal litigation, Corporate & commercial law, Real estate and conveyancing transactions, Legal audits, Islamic banking, Private equity, Mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Gideon has previously worked as a Legal Analyst in the London based International Law Firm Pinsent Masons where he gained experience in the areas of Energy and Infrastructure Law, Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Law.
