About Me
Hannah is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya following her admission to the bar in the year 2010. She has been a practicing advocate for the last 7 years. She is the partner incharge of Legal Research, Conveyancing and Commercial Department. She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Masters Degree in International Studies from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelors of Laws Degree for the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and one in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management.
Hannah has experience in conveyancing matters, commercial matters, civil and criminal litigation, she is well versed with preparation and reviews of Agreements for Sale, Leases, Transfers, Charges, Discharges of Charge, Chattel Mortgages, Debentures and Registration of Documents in the respective registries and general Bank Securities. In the Commercial law sphere, Hannah has gained experience over the years in incorporation of companies, societies, trusts and commercial litigation. Prior to being a partner in the firm, Hannah was a Legal Researcher for the Judiciary of Kenya. Where she carried out research for the Judges assigned to various courts. While at the Judiciary she was exposed to Civil Law, Criminal Law, Probate Succession Law and trusts, Judicial Review, Constitutional Law, Labour Law and Employment Law, Contracts Law. In addition to working for the Judiciary, Hannah has also undertaken legal practice in top tier law firms and top corporate companies in Kenya that gave her the edge in attaining the legal experience she now possesses.
She is also well versed with International matters including International Law, hence the firms consultant on International issues.
When not at work, Hannah spends her time with friends in her social circles and relatives. She also undertakes curricular activities that include swimming, local and international tourism.
