  • As a Legal Due Diligence practitioner, Faith has acted for various local and international investors and fund managers including Sahel Capital in the conduct of comprehensive legal due diligence over investees and offering of legal due diligence reports and related transaction legal opinions.
  • As a Legal Audit & Compliance Practitioner, she has acted for corporate clients in legal audit of their level of compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to their industrial sectors.
