About Me
Newton is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in which he has represented individual & corporate clients. In this capacity he has attended to Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Debt Recoveries, Constitutional Law and Administrative Appeals, Employment, Land and Environment and Election Petitions matters and has practiced in all levels of Kenyan Courts including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and Magistrates Courts.

- Bachelor of Law (LLB) – The University of Nairobi.
- Postgraduate Diploma – Kenya School of Law
- Certified Mediator.
Experience
- He has represented several leading insurance and banking institutions seeking, for instance, to exercise their statutory power of sale, including defending the institutions from any court proceedings arising therefrom.
- He has represented leading corporates in instituting and defending claims related to employment law, including unfair terminations and wrongful dismissals.
- Newton has amicably managed a number of complex commercial and individual disputes through arbitration saving the client from the tedious court process.
- He has represented clients before Tribunals such as Tax Appeals Tribunal, Co-operative Tribunal, Business Premises Rent Tribunal, Rent Restriction Tribunal, and Competition Tribunal.
