About Me
Costin holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree from Moi University and is a holder of a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 8 years post admission experience. He has previously worked with Ecobank Limited where he started out as an intern and thereafter undertook his pupillage at the same bank.
He thereafter worked at the firms of Nick Ndeda & Associates and Murumba & Awele Advocates as an Associate Advocate. He thereafter registered the firm of Costin Simiyu & Associates in January, 2018 and practiced as a sole-proprietor at the firm until April 2018 when it merged with the firm of Webster Nabea & Co. Advocates to form the present partnership.
Costin is well regarded by clients because he always adds a personal touch to each transaction. He invests time in understanding the client’s needs before advising them. He has extensive experience in various real estate and financing transactions, working as part of a team advising lenders, international companies, and other players.

In his free time, Costo, as his friends fondly call him is a hiking and mountain climbing enthusiast and his most recent feat was climbing Mt. Kenya, the highest mountain in Kenya. He is also a biker and enjoys going on rides to remote locations to decompress after a grueling week.
