She has been Involved in various transactions involving due diligence investigations and preparing of legal opinions.She has gained tremendous knowledge in insurance litigation claims where she has assisted in the prosecuting and defending of negligence claims for their insured. She has also been involved in the drafting of legal opinions and negotiating out of court settlements on the behalf of insurance companies.
Her efforts have seen her grow in debt recovery litigation. She has assisted in preparation of pleadings, filing of suits in court and negotiation of out of court settlements.Claries also acts for various clients in defending claims relating to employment law which includes work injury claims, wrongful dismissal and termination, redundancies. The brief also entailed rendering advisory opinions on termination procedures and negotiating out-of-court settlements.
