About Me
Dr. Bett is an Internal Consultant at Manyonge Wanyama Associates and Advocates. He is an Advocate of the High Court and a law reform specialist.
He is involved in consultancies in key Law and Institutional Reform in Commercial and Financial Law, Energy and environmental law, Constitutional Law, Labour Law and Education Law.
His engagements include corporate and commercial law litigation in the area of Banking and Banking Services Law, Capital Markets and Securities Regulations, Contracts and International Business Transactions Law, Tax Law, International Trade, Economics and Investment Law and Constitutional Law.
He has previously been involved in training at the County level on devolution, review of county legislation to ascertain statutory and Constitutional compliance, legal audits and advisory on strategies for County Legislation,
Dr.Bett has an LL.M in Public Finance and Financial Services Law from the University of Nairobi and has completed his Ph.D in Tax Law at the same University.
Besides, Dr. Bett is a Lecturer at the School of law, University of Nairobi, where he teaches the Law of Contracts, Commercial Law, Property law, Banking and Negotiable Instruments Law as well as coordination of Judicial Attachment Programme.
