About Me
He obtained his High School education under the full sponsorship of Starehe Boys Centre at Nanyuki High School between 1995 to 1998. He thereafter joined Moi University in Eldoret-Kenya from2000 to 2004 in pursuance of a Bachelor of Laws Degree Course. In addition to the normal studies at the university, he also got involved in the research on the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2003 and its impact on the Criminal Justice System in Kenya from September 2003 to August 2004, did a Judicial Attachment at Milimani Commercial Courts-Nairobi from May to June 2002, was engaged in a Research on the Legal Profession in Kenya Problems and Prospects from May to September 2002. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, 2nd class Honours, Upper Division and was admitted to Kenya School of Law the same year for a postgraduate Diploma in Law. Upon successful completion of the aforesaid Diploma course and a one-year pupilage program at Messrs. Mose & Mose Advocates he was admitted at Nairobi to the Bar in 2006. He was thereafter retained by Messrs. Mose & Mose Advocates in the capacity of an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. In the year 2008, Mr. Millimo was an incorporating partner in the firm of Mose, Mose and Millimo Advocates wherein he was retained as the Partner-in-charge of Commercial and Conveyancing Department until the year 2011. Mr. Millimo, who has since admission as an advocate to date been in active practice of law in all parts of the Republic of Kenya, is the Senior Partner who currently manages the Nairobi office and oversees the Civil litigation and Conveyancing Departments of the firm with a specialized interest and experience commercial and partnership disputes, co-operative societies and bank litigation, mortgage realizations, recoveries and debt collection, building contracts, insurance related claims, defamation, arbitration, infringement of intellectual property rights, land, trademarks, copy rights and patents. On 18th March 2010, Mr. Millimo was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths. He is also a duly appointed Notary Public. He is also retained as the Legal Advisor of Agricultural Society of Kenya.
