About Me
Nissi is the Managing Partner and the Head of the Conveyancing Department.
A Graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Law School and a holder of the Post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
As the Managing Partner, she is involved in running the day-to-day affairs of the firm at its Nairobi, Nakuru, Eldoret, Mombasa and Thika Chambers. She identifies the firm’s short-term strategies and achieving its long-term goals; communicating, both internally and externally; the firm's determination to maintain the highest possible professional standards in performance of legal work.
Her refined intellect and resourceful nature have contributed to the reputation that precedes the Conveyance department at the firm. From advising on tax efficient structuring of Real Estate Transactions in compliance with the current land laws to leading briefs involving regulatory and statutory compliance with regards to Multiple dwelling developments, sub-division, amalgamation, Lease extensions, change of use as well as incorporation of Development and Management Companies and Sectional Titles, she is the ideal modern conveyancer.
