About Me
Stellah is the Operations Manager and the Head of our Thika Chambers.
A graduate of Moi University School of Law and holder of the Post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She works hand-in-hand with the Managing Partner to ensure the swift operations of the firm’s entire affairs so that hiccups are at a minimum.
Her practice areas involve instituting and defending clients in litigation matters which mainly involve preparing the court pleadings, attending Court sessions. As a litigant, Stella also encourages out of court settlement. She also negotiates commercial contracts, drafts agreements for the sale of land, commercial and residential spaces, prepares leases, transfers, while undertaking registration formalities at the Lands office in respect to the various development projects.
