Lenisha Devanunthan has been in legal practice and the employ of Richard Meaden & Associates over the past 10 years. Ms Devanunthan has acquired broad professional commercial litigation, insolvency/liquidation and matrimonial experience.
A large portion of Ms Devanunthan’s professional practice focuses on Superior and Lower Court litigation with Ms Devanunthan providing professional services to several large and intermediate size corporations. Ms Devanunthan enjoys in-depth experience regarding Superior and Lower Court procedure, the conduct of action and motion process (including on an urgent basis) and settlement negotiation. Ms Devanunthan also possesses excellent insolvency and liquidation / sequestration experience and co-ordinates large scale debt collection process on behalf of commercial clients. In predominantly focussing on litigious process, Ms Devanunthan has also acquired excellent insight concerning matrimonial, child affairs and divorce related process.
In applying her professional legal experience, Ms Devanunthan also on a daily basis participates in the development of more junior professional members of Richard Meaden & Associates.
