About Me
Daniyal Abdul-Karim is the Executive Chairman at Legal Ink Lawyers and Notaries. He is conversant with the changing trends in the real estate market, the relevant statutes affecting conveyancing in Ghana, financial institutions, litigation, laws affecting investments and doing businesses in Ghana, as well as procedures and processes at Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
Daniyal has worked as a Legal Officer for two manufacturing companies and two banks. By virtue of this exposure, Daniyal can boast of an impressive background and sound knowledge of banking, commercial and corporate law.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana bar in 1997. He is a member of the Ghana bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. He is also a Notary Public and has extensive years of experience and exposure as a legal professional. Daniyal loves to watch football, travelling and sightseeing.
