Geoffrey is a graduate of the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. Geoffrey has significant experience in drafting and registration of mortgages, charges and other instruments for securitised lending, real estate, tax and investments advisory services, retirement benefits, commercial contracts, legal compliance and preventive law and company law.
