About Me
Nicholas is a partner at Muvingi Mugadza and has been with the law firm since October 2014. He holds an LLB(Hons) degree from thr University of Zimbabwe, having graduated in 2012.
Nicholas is a duly registered legal practitioner and conveyancer. Nicholas has previously worked in the NGO sector where he specialised in family law and children’s rights. Eversince joining the law firm he has worked extensively in the corporate and commercial division. He has worked with various established companies in giving legal advice and representing corporates in both lower courts and superior courts. Amongst several other duties Mr Nhambura has been actively involved in reviewing and negotiating contracts for corporates and settling disputes for corporates through alternative dispute resolution.
Nicholas further specialises in mining law where he gives legal advice and drafts mining contracts for corporate and individual clients. Nicholas has also gained valuable experience in other spheres such as conveyancing and general civil and criminal litigation.
