About Me
Chetna Lutchman obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree from Rhodes University in 2004.
She joined the firm of Ben Baron & Partners in 2005 and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner, Notary and Conveyancer in the High Court of Bulawayo in 2010. Since 2007 she has headed up the Conveyancing Department at the former Ben Baron & Partners and now Webb, Low and Barry.
In March 2016 she was admitted as the fourth partner to the firm’s partnership. Her specialty areas of practice include transfer of property, subdivisions and consolidations of property, sectional title, estate transfers, registration of mortgage bonds and Notarial work. She assists the Estates Department with the drafting of wills, administration of deceased estates and estate planning.
