Nick is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over eight years of distinguished experience in Employment and Commercial Law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and has built a reputation as a committed and skilled legal professional, providing tailored legal services to corporate clients across various sectors. In 2024, Nick’s dedication and exceptional contributions to the firm were recognized with his promotion to partner and head of legal, reflecting his leadership and expertise in the legal field. He is a seasoned litigator with a strong track record in handling complex wrongful dismissal claims, human rights issues, and constitutional law matters. His extensive practice also includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and resolving commercial disputes, ensuring clients’ compliance and safeguarding their legal interests. As a leader in legal education, Nick spearheads training initiatives on employment law and ethical practices.
