Bathusi Brown is the sole proprietor and managing attorney of the firm. Having amassed 10 years of experience in practice. Bathusi started his career with a short stint at the Departments of Deeds Registry before joining the Directorate of Public Prosecutions as a prosecutions counsel for over 8 years before pioneering Brown and Company Attorneys.

Experience
In his years as a prosecutor, Brown was one of the few Attorneys who was instrumental in the formative years of the Asset Forfeiture Unit. He litigated in the high profile case involving the National Petroleum Fund and other cases of national importance. Brown succeeded in recovering millions of Pula amassed from Serious Crime related Activities to the state coffers.
In his short stint in private practice, he has been involved successfully in among others, procurement litigation, out of court settlements in many cases and matrimonial cases. His other areas of expertise are criminal defense, not surprisingly so, having been on the other side of the aisle as a prosecutor, cyber-crime law, mediation and negotiation and Land Law.
