About Me
Palesa Miranda Katse is a Junior Attorney at Gobhoza Legal Practice, under the litigation department. She joined the firm in September 2020. She is a University of Botswana alumna, having completed her Bachelor of Laws degree in the year 2019. She considers herself to be an avid reader, and an ambitious, conscientious, insatiably curious, diligent and altruistic individual.
Palesa believes a good Attorney assumes a disposition of constant learning and has the ethical duty to diligently represent their client’s interests; she therefore always aims and endeavours to do so with all Gobhoza Legal Practice clients.
Palesa is known to be skilled in numerous areas but her primary focus at Gobhoza Legal Practice is on Civil Litigation, where she advises and represents a range of private and corporate clients on their legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts and commercial agreements, Family law, Employment law and Land law.
