About Me
Memba is the managing partner of the firm.
After completing his Bachelor of Laws degree at the prestigious Kabarak University Law School, he served as an intern at the Refugee Consortium of Kenya in Dadaab. In 2019, he completed his postgraduate diploma at the Kenya School of Law and undertook pupillage at Mwaniki Gachoka and Company Advocates. Upon his admission as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2020, he served as an associate at the firm of Busaidy Mwaura Ng’arua and Company Advocates. Thereafter, he co-founded the firm and was appointed as the first managing partner of the firm.
He has experience in various aspects of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, inquiries and advisory work. Memba has considerable expertise in advising and representing clients in criminal and civil court cases
In 2022, he successfully completed the Data Protection Course by Strathmore University. He is rapidly developing an enviable reputation in the data protection field and has advised various corporate clients and private persons in Kenya.

- Memba Mayama has successfully represented candidates affiliated with Kenya’s ruling party, the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), in election petitions before the Political Parties Tribunal. Additionally, he served as a team leader in UDA’s Dispute Resolution Committee technocal committee, showcasing his expertise in navigating political and electoral disputes.
- He provided comprehensive legal counsel and representation to Glee Hotel Limited, a prominent luxury 5-star hotel in Nairobi, in an environmental dispute before the National Environmental Tribunal. His advocacy extended to addressing grievances against the County Government of Nairobi and other relevant parties.
- Memba Mayama successfully advised and represented Izaak Walton Inn, a distinguished luxury 4-star hotel in Meru, Kenya, in a contractual dispute with Kenya Commercial Bank. This involved navigating intricate legal matters surrounding a Merchant Agreement, demonstrating our proficiency in commercial law and dispute resolution.
