PMM has grown over the Years to the top levels in the Legal Fraternity and more particularly in the Mount Kenya Region where Our main Offices are located and this is also where the Firm was started over 40 Years ago. We also have presence in Nairobi- Kenya’s Capital which is marked by our offices located at Kipro Centre, Westlands.

PMM has been a leader in providing commercial,legal services in Kenya and more specifically in the Mount Kenya region for more than forty Years, during which period we have acted for a wide array of client’s among them both Private and Public Companies, N.G.O’s, Banking Institutions, Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies, Hoteliers, Churches and a host of Individual Clients.

This has caused us to gain a wealth of experience in fields of Commercial Law Practice involving: Bank Securitization Processes & Conveyancing, Joint Venture projects, Intellectual Law Practice, Tax Law and Project Development and lately the emerging Anti Money Laundering (A.M.L) Practice.
In Corporate Law we have practiced in the novel Fields of ICT and the Law, since we understand the effect of the continued growth of Cyber Space and Information and Technology will have on the Country’s Business Climate.
Under Litigation we practice Civil, Family Law and Criminal.
In Civil Litigation we deal with matters concerning Debt Recovery and Realization of Securities on behalf of Banks SACCO’s, Micro Finance Companies and other Financial Institutions that we act for.
Commercial and Property Litigation and Land matters Litigation in main stream Courts, Tribunals and other Relevant Bodies empowered to handle such matters.
Under Family Law, we take up Divorce Petitions, Custody and Adoption Briefs, Probate and Administration matters.
As regards Criminal Litigation we handle select Criminal Cases.
