About Me
- He is the Firm’s Managing Partner. He handles the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. His practice focuses on litigation and arbitration of complex commercial disputes, including claims arising from insurance, capital investments, shareholder class actions and derivative cases, business torts and intellectual property. He has broad experience in litigation matters before the Court of Appeal of Tanzania, Commercial and Land Divisions of the High Court of Tanzania and at the Tax and Labour tribunals. He also has extensive experience in commercial arbitrations before various arbitration and mediation tribunals.
