He focuses his practice in areas of company formation and management, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, public offerings, corporate take-overs, privatization, restructurings and dissolutions. He also has a niche in rendering legal advisory services in connection with mining and energy and he now advises Tanzanian and international clients in relation to the regulation of investment services, establishment of investment funds, listing of investment funds, offer and sale of investment instruments and investment products.
