Davis Too is a diligent and versatile advocate who brings a comprehensive range of legal skills to the table. Davis holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) (Honours) from Moi University. He also holds Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2023.
With a solid foundation in general practice of law, he exhibits proficiency across various legal domains, making him a well-rounded professional. He has routinely represented individual and corporate clients and has developed expertise in handling litigation/ dispute resolution, general corporate and commercial law conveyancing and Intellectual Property Law.

Whether it’s providing counsel on commercial matters, or conveyancing, he approaches each case with a strategic mindset and a dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He has been involved in a series of connected transactions for a foreign investor seeking to set up operations in Kenya in which he was tasked with advising the client on the most viable structure for the transaction, undertaking the incorporation of the appropriate investment vehicle and facilitate the transfer of properties to the new entity.
