- Successfully acting for a pension scheme in proceedings before the Retirement Benefits Tribunal seeking to recoup overpayments from scheme members.
- Defending a local company in a 200,000,000 arbitration claim for breach of a Joint Venture agreement.
- Acting for an international construction company in arbitration proceedings.
- Acting for various private equity funds in investment exits and recovery.
- Advising various international law firms on various aspects of Kenyan law.
- Acting for various companies in land disputes before the Environment and Land Court.
