About Me
Gladys Mboya is the Managing Partner of the firm. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 1992. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick (UK). She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth (UK) and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Additionally, she has attained certification in Aviation Finance from the Euro Money Legal Training School (UK) and certification in Microfinance as tool of poverty alleviation, from International Development Law Organization in Rome, Italy.
Mrs. Mboya began her legal practice with the firm of Hamilton, Harrison & Mathews in 1990. Later she joined Agricultural Finance Corporation as a legal officer. In 1999 she established the firm of G.M Mboya & Company Advocates.
She is a Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public, a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.
She heads the Real Estate Banking and Finance Practice and the Estate Planning & Administration Practice and is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Practice.
