Qualifications:
Meshack Omari is a Founding Partner of Omari Obare & Company Advocates. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Global Executive Masters in Business Administration from USIU-A and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Work Experience:
Meshack has deep and extensive experience in complex litigation matters including Judicial Review applications, Election and Constitutional Petitions as well as appeals. He has also established himself in property law and conveyancing practice and environmental matters. He is a lead expert in dealing with environmental impact assessments and environmental audits and is registered with the National Environmental Management Authority of Kenya (NEMA). He advises on real estate projects and in matters
relating to issuance of project licenses. He also represents clients in environmental constitutional petitions and applications for restorative orders.
