Mr. Nelson Omondi is an astute lawyer with vast experience in multiple areas of law. He studied Law at Kenyatta University, has a diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Masters of law from the University of Aberdeen.
He has strong a background in Dispute Resolution, Energy and Infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Environmental, Medical Law, Information Technology and Commercial Law.
Work Experience:
He has conducted various presentations at the East African Medico-Legal Symposium, The United Nations-International Law Commission, Kenya Oil & Gas Working Group, The Senate, and is a co-drafter of the South Sudan National Environment Bill 2014 , the Kenya Local Content Policy & Regulations and Environment Inspection Manuals for the Petroleum sector in Kenya.
